After three years of personal training, Ridge Personal Trainer Leah Vogel shares what her top weight loss clients all have in common.

  • All tracked their food intake using livestrong.com or fitday.com
  • All did cardio at least 2 times per week for at least 30 minutes.  This was sometimes as simple as walking.
  • All trained 2 times per week with a personal trainer.  Most were just half hour sessions instead of a full hour!
  • Some weighed in every week
There’s no need to reinvent the wheel and try the latest fad.  Just take a pro’s advice to get real results!
