8 Weeks 5k: Week Three

Apologies AGAIN for the late post – I am setting myself an alarm for next week! Hopefully everyone is feeling good about their progress, please let any of us know if you have any questions about your training!  The link for the Huffing for Stuffing race is below, sign yourself up! 🙂

Sunday

Do some form of light cardio for 25 minutes

CLASS at 5:45pm

Walk, Elliptical, Bike, etc. for 30 minutes

Run & Walk
Run 5 min
Walk 1 min
Repeat 5X

 

Run & Walk
Run 6 min
Walk 1 min
Repeat 5X

Run 2 mins

DAY OFF!!!

Run & Walk
Run 6 min
Walk 1 min
Repeat 5X

Run 2 mins

Trainer Tip:Stop thinking negatively, take Can’t and to tired out of your vocabulary! You can do it!!!
